Bringing a new vision into focus through a holistic rebrand.

MultiPlan had been a leader in driving healthcare affordability for over 45 years. As the decades passed, its offering had outgrown its brand. Deciding on a holistic rebrand, including a new name, MultiPlan tasked AvreaFoster with developing this new identity and a net-new website to bring it to life.

An identity aligned with an innovator’s expanding aperture.

Following stakeholder interviews and deep discovery, a brand strategy was set. Centered on a mission to improve affordability, transparency and quality for all, the name Claritev was selected to anchor the new brand.

With a name that emphasizes clarity in an opaque industry, the visual brand followed suit by emulating an aperture — representing Claritev’s ability to focus in on pinpoint solutions while expanding its lens to serve the entire healthcare continuum.

To bring the new brand to life online, AvreaFoster developed a net-new website experience for Claritev. Our team led the web strategy, sitemap, UX and content recommendations — translating the new brand into a digital presence built to clarify a complex offering, guide users through the story and support the brand’s next stage of growth.

Generating excitement began from within.

With the new Claritev brand solidified, attention shifted to the impending launch date — starting with the internal launch. Through thoughtful prioritization, the internal strategy included an email series, a brand launch video and an internal brand resource center to ensure a smooth transition.

A bold reintroduction to clients, colleagues and competitors.

Our collaborative approach to creating the external launch strategy involved a similar curation of efforts. Knowing that Claritev was a prominent sponsor at the industry conference, this strategy had to announce the new brand across all digital channels, support event engagement and drive audiences to a new digital home.

The strategy ultimately included a brand video, emails to existing customers and active prospects, an organic social media campaign, a highly visible presence on the floor of the conference and a net-new website built to clarify Claritev’s story and organize a complex offering.
