Expanding the palette.

Building on the empathetic messaging strategy and embracing Lyssn’s dedication to precision, we refined the company’s visual identity — streamlining its logo and typeface and introducing an expanded color palette. The new use of gradients, in particular, highlights the growth and transformation Lyssn’s platform enables.

With the brand voice and refined visual identity in place, we created an engaging digital experience for Lyssn that takes its complex, research-backed technology and makes its benefits clear and compelling. With strong headlines, design cues from the brand and thoughtfully placed credibility builders throughout, users now have a clear path from learning about the product to becoming a marketing-qualified lead.

Enabling a segment-specific sales strategy.

We then carried the new website’s language and visual approach through to a set of pitch decks critical to Lyssn’s sales process. With one deck for behavioral health audiences and the other for health and human services organizations, each piece of collateral applies the new messaging strategy to the unique considerations and pain points of each segment. The results are sales conversations that are completely consistent with Lyssn’s digital messaging.
